This yard is a constant mess and is at the corner of Nobel Ave and Laburnum. I believe that its state at the entrance to our neighborhood is terrible. They are negligent property owners ( a business out of the region NOT an individual and they should sell, fix it our MAINTAIN the property)

From what I understand the city has cut funding because of the economy and this median maintenance was one of the items they cut from budget.
